Mistro Srl produces professional and household slicers since 1965; located in Gallarate, in the province of Varese, it is the ideal place to find the necessary professional equipment for kitchens, hotels, restaurants, communities, bars, catering services, delicatessen, butchers and for all the activities where a good machine facilitates the work by reducing the preparation time of meat and cold cuts, also ensuring that the latter retain their natural fragrance, freshness and genuineness.
A long tradition of quality
The founder of the company, Alberto Mistro, together with his wife Maria Teresa, decided to start his production of slicers far back in 1965 by implementing his skills acquired while working as an assembler and turner in the same sector of production and sales of slicers. The first workbench was built by Alberto Mistro himself with wooden planks left-over from the construction of his home. After several years of sacrifices, savings and experience, Alberto Mistro became a real specialist and gave life to what is now a consolidated company that exports its products all over the world.
Today the Mistro Srl company is based in a 4000 m2 warehouse where, together with his highly specialized collaborators, Alberto creates, designs and constantly assembles professional equipment with high quality materials to enhance and export the values of the "made in Italy".

The equipment we produce (slicers, bone saws, burger-press, meat stuffer...) is suitable not only for professional use and essential for any activity related to butcher’s and catering, but it is also apt at a domestic level.
