Each of our slicers has the “CE” declaration of conformity, thus meeting the safety and hygiene requirements according to the UNI-EN 1974 standard.

Our professional slicers are in accordance with Directives:

• EN 60335-1 – Safety of domestic and similar electrical appliances

• EN 60335-2-64 – Safety of domestic and similar electrical appliances

• 2014/35/UE – Low Voltage Directive

• 1935/2004 – Food Contact Directive and subsequent amendments including plastic material

• 2012/19/UE – Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE) – always dispose of the regulations in force in your country for disposal

• 2006/42/CE – Machinery Directive

All our slicers can be brought into conformity with any legislation of market or foreign country (e.g.: UL, CSA, ETL etc…)
